Shingle-Roofing.jpeg

Shingle Roofing

Asphalt shingles are the most affordable and widely used roofing material on the market. In addition to asphalt, we also install wooden and cedar shingles. Asphalt shingles offer many benefits: they’re versatile, available in a wide range of colors, sizes, and textures, cost-effective, and energy-efficient. They're also easy to install and repair—leading to quicker turnaround times for your home's roofing projects.

Metal Rofing

Metal roofs are among the most durable roofing materials available. This roofing material is also ember resistant and fireproof. While the initial investment is slightly higher, metal panels can last between 40–70 years—three to five times longer than asphalt shingles. All of our metal panels are custom-fabricated and installed on-site. Custom Metal Roofing comes in 24 gauge Seamless panels in a variety of baked enamel colors, allowing full customization.

Commercial and Residential Flat Roofing

Flat or low-slope roofs are more susceptible to leaks due to water pooling, often caused by insufficient runoff. We use torch-down Bitumen cap sheets to secure your roof against leaks by ensuring a proper bleed-out of the material. Bitumen cap sheets are the industry standard for low-slope roofs, creating a watertight surface that can last up to 20 years when installed correctly. We have extensive experience sourcing and installing this material. We also offer roof coatings and deck coatings. All our flat roof materials are Title 24 compliant and come with a labor guarantee

Tile Roof.jpeg

Tile Roofing

Let our experts install, replace, or repair your tile roofing system. Tile roofs are beautiful and durable, traditionally made of slate, concrete, or fired terra-cotta. Tile roofing adds a classic European look to your home and is highly customizable, with a wide range of shapes and colors available in today’s market. Some of the more popular tile selections of today are S tiles, 2-piece Spanish tiles, and Capistrano tiles. We also pressure wash and do tile tune-ups and repairs.

Slate-Roofing.jpeg

Slate Roofing

Our roofing professionals can handle all of your slate roofing needs. Ideal for those on a budget but still looking for high-end appeal, our slate roofs are installed with precision and care. In addition to traditional slate shingles we offer green high-end plastic Da Vincci slate products. We  also provide repair services and improvements for existing slate roofs including pressure washing and tune-up for breakage.

Rain Gutter

Gutter Installation

Gutters are essential for any well-maintained roofing system. They help divert water away from your roof, siding, and foundation—preventing erosion and basement flooding. We install 26-gauge baked aluminum gutters in a variety of custom colors, as well as custom copper gutters and downspouts for a timeless and elegant touch. We also offer custom decorative Chimney Hoods, spark arrestors and leader-heads.

Roof-Insulation.jpeg

Roof Insulation

Using premium tools and techniques, Thomas Murray Roofing installs durable roofing insulation, including foam board and R-19 that stand the test of time.

Roofing Cleaning and Tune-Ups

We’ll start by cleaning the roof and gutter canals, then reseal all pipes, vents and roof penetrations using roof cement to prevent leaks. After that, we’ll pressure wash tile roofs and apply rust-oleum on all penetrations to match rooftop and seize oxidation. Pressure washing removes all dirt, dung, leaf buildup, and moss.  We will remove and replace any broken tiles or damaged asphalt shingles to ensure your roof is watertight.

Insurance-Claims.jpeg
